Positions Available
Fabricator/Welder
Department: Marine Shop
Reports To: Marine Division Team Leader
Position Overview:
Performs all fabricating duties necessary in the production of quality marine products.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operates all marine equipment to include saws, grinders, benders, archers and welders.
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints that are used to fabricate marine products.
- Assists with material handling.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Operates a forklift to retrieve production jigs as needed.
- Must be able to tig weld anodized aluminum.
- Maintains production per shop order requirements.
- Turns in an accurate list of materials used to complete each shop order.
- Assists with continuous improvements.
- Be team oriented.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Two year Vocational and/or the equivalent in prior experience.

CNC Machinist/Operator
Department: Marine Shop
Reports To: Manufacturing Team Leader
Position Overview:
Manufactures quality parts in a timely manner for WMW Marine and outside customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operates CNC machines.
- Works on contract jobs according to the customers’ specifications.
- Must be able to read blueprints, as well as use precision measuring tools and any other special tooling needed to perform jobs.
- Maintains a good supply of personal tools along with a thorough understanding of how to use specific tooling.
- Builds all machine fixtures
- Must be able to operate a forklift and overhead cranes
- Assists with maintenance issues
- Assists with continuous improvements
- Be team oriented
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Two Year Vocational and/or the equivalent in prior experience
